Harbor Landing

Update: November 13th 2017

To Fellow Harbor Landing Owners:

In an effort to keep all Harbor Landing owners informed of the activities and news/updates of Harbor Landing, please read the following:

Yesterday, November 11th (Veterans’ Day) was the last day of the Harbor Landing Interval season. We hope that everyone that was able to use their week(s) had a pleasant experience.

Concerning staffing, as of yesterday, Vickie McNamara will no longer be the manager of Harbor Landing nor will her upcoming contract be renewed. We all wish Vickie success in her future endeavors and thank her for her tenure at Harbor Landing. We have staffing in place to assume the managerial functions of Harbor Landing.

Now that the interval weeks have concluded for the year, the roofing work to replace two of the four roofs in most need of attention will commence shortly. We look forward to this forestalling any damage that might have been caused by the predicted harsh winter.

Again we remind you that the 2018 Maintenance billing is late in getting out. The usual deadline of December 1st has been extended to December 15th. Please inform us of any hardship that you may be experiencing at this time.

Also, we thank the several Harbor Landing owners that submitted suggestions on improvements that we might make to Harbor Landing, specifically regarding the interior of the units. We take these suggestions seriously and will make every effort to implement them as time and finances allow.

Speaking of finances, we will immediately embark on a full-scale audit of Harbor Landing’s financials. This will allow for a thorough analysis of the finances to date in order to more accurately report to you.

We will keep you updated as we progress through the winter season, as we anticipate enjoying our timeshares at Harbor Landing in 2018.

Wishing you all a happy and healthy Thanksgiving season!
